Explorer Christmas Social
I fear I've gotten a little behind with my Advent Calendar. It happens every year I do one that around the middle of December I get really busy and forget to update it for the following day.
Today's excuse is that following the Edge Hill IT Services department meal at the Cafe Bar on Friday night, I was somewhat "tired and emotional". This continued through the whole of Saturday before regaining composure just in time to head down to the Explorer Christmas Social.
The Christmas Doo was pretty good despite the last-minute change of venue. Ran a set of casino games to take part in. Foy was concerningly good at what is effectively a game of chance on the roulette wheel and won the night overall - prize was a stack of Advent Calendars (not as good as mine thogugh).
Ì think the phrase is more "sh*tfaced" than "tired and emotional". Good doo last night though - meny, many thanks to Matt and Steph B for pulling this off. See guys - it takes little effort if you're feeling lucky!
