Arnside Railway Station - the start of our wayward adventure!
Well, that was a bit of a disaster! 70 miles, 3 day, carrying all kit, camping. Seems like a bit of a silly idea in hindsight.
We might not have managed it, but we got some nice walking in. I'd really like to attempt it again, but I'd do it supported by Youth Hostels and a cooked meal every night!!
I thought I might also mention for those out there who are interested a few things about this site. It's written using a framework called Symfony which makes developing websites really quite easy. And fun, which is surprising - I'd forgotten how exciting seeing a website come together from nothing can be.
